From time to time, Basecamp 2025 may offer special promotions, including early bird pricing, group rates, or limited-time discounts. These offers are subject to the following terms:

• Early Bird Promotion: Discounted early bird tickets are available in limited quantities and for a limited time, as advertised. Once the early bird period ends or tickets sell out, regular pricing applies.

• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased tickets.

• Promotional pricing may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• Basecamp 2025 reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion.

MEDIA CONSENT AND USE

Basecamp 2025 is a public event where photography, videography, and audio recording will take place throughout the duration of the event for promotional and archival purposes.

• You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event, either directly or in the background.

• Basecamp 2025, its affiliates, and partners may use any such media content for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, print

• No compensation will be provided for the use of such content.

• You release Basecamp 2025 and its organizers from any liability associated with the use of your likeness captured during the event.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional materials, please inform the event staff during check-in so we can make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preference. However, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion in group or crowd shots.
