REFUND AND DISPUTE POLICY

Thank you for your interest in attending Basecamp 2025. We are committed to delivering a high-quality, impactful leadership experience.

Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.

NO REFUNDS

All ticket sales for Basecamp 2025 are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal emergencies

  • Weather conditions

  • Changes in speaker lineup or event schedule

 

We encourage you to ensure your availability and commitment prior to completing your registration.​

TICKET TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. To do so, please contact our event team at info@chilliwackleadership.ca with the following information:

  • Your full name and ticket confirmation number

  • The full name and email address of the new ticket holder

All transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event. We cannot guarantee processing of transfer requests submitted after this deadline.

DISPUTES

If you have any concerns about your purchase or experience, we encourage you to contact us directly at info@chilliwackleadership.ca so we can promptly address your issue. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in a delay or forfeiture of your ticket and access to the event.

By purchasing a ticket to Basecamp 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Dispute Policy.
