About the Speaker

Mark Wessner has held senior leadership roles across the private, public, and non-profit sectors in Canada. He currently serves as President of MB Seminary and is the founder of Leading Well, an executive coaching practice working with leaders and teams across the country.

Earlier in his career, Mark spent 13 years in senior positions with the BC provincial government, including roles that required steady leadership in high-accountability, fiscally constrained environments.

Mark is a Birkman Certified Professional and the author of The Four Languages of a Leader. He writes regularly on LinkedIn about leadership practices and is a frequent speaker on leadership and transformation.

His PhD work in narrative studies shapes a coaching approach grounded in story, identity, and clear thinking. Mark and his wife Jennifer live in Abbotsford.
